Sound Holistic Health is proud to offer a variety of health related classes in the  Kindred Spirit Learning Center, including yoga and aikido.  Our goal is to offer classes that help promote the physical, mental , and emotional health of our community. The classroom  is designated as Suite 311. Just follow the building directory signs to the Kindred Spirit Learning Center.
